The Kitchener Kicks Martial Arts Centre was founded in 1975 by Master Ron Day, who, before his untimely passing in September of 2008, had dedicated his entire life to the development, betterment, and ultimate accomplishment of establishing one of the finest and longest serving Martial Arts schools in Waterloo Region.

Master Day’s constant insistence of nothing but the best effort from his instructors and students alike, has established Kitchener Kicks Martial Arts Centre as the standard in Martial Arts training facilities for over 40 years.

Kitchener Kicks Martial Arts boasts the commitment of over 30 certified Black Belt instructors. No other Martial Arts facility in the region can make that claim.
